Itinerary

Day 01 : Welcome to Vietnam - Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City

Greeting at the airport and transferred to hotel for check in. Free time for relaxing. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 02 : Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi (B, L)

AM : Our guide & car will pick you up at Rex hotel & departure Cu Chi Tunnel. Located 60km from Ho Chi Minh city, Cu Chi is now considered a heroic district for its role in the anti – American war in Vietnam. It is legendary for its tunnels system of over 220km and is a popular spot for both Vietnamese and foreign visitors.

The peacefully rural rice paddy scenery contains ducks and water buffalos swimming in the the rivers alongside the road. Visitors will find it hard to imagine the destructions, damage and defoliation all over the area, caused by bombing and mines, when Cu Chi was “ A Free Target Zone “. The remnants visitors will see, show Cu Chi still has her evidence to prove the fierce battleground that took place there and visitors will see the remnants. After that you will come back Ho Chi Minh city. You will enjoy lunch at restaurant.

In the afternoon : You will visit Remnants Museum. Then visiting Reunification palace which was the residence of the President of South Vietnam until end of the war in April 1975. Continue seeing some impressive French colonial structures including Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Central Post Office. After visiting the City Hall, take break-time at Ben Thanh market where anything and everything is for sales. Return to your hotel. End of your services. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 03 : Full day excursion to Mekong Delta (B, L)

Transfer to My Tho. Take a boat cruise along rivers and channels lively with water transport as well as local activities on water and on the banks… through villages. Visit fruit and bonsai gardens, candy workshop and local homes. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 04 : Ho Chi Minh City - Nha Trang (B)

Take a short flight to Nha Trang and then sandy beach, sunlight, emerald sea water… fill up the rest of the day. Overnight in Nha Trang.

Day 05: Nha Trang (B, L)

Full day offshore Nha Trang bay on boat. Cruising to explore some islands, swimming, snorkeling in crystal water of the sea, under tropical sunlight… Overnight in Nha Trang.

Day 06 : Nha Trang - Danang - Hoi An (B, L)

Morning flight to Danang. Continue the trip with visiting and sightseeing to Cham sculpture museum, China beach, Marble Mountain before proceed to Hoi An, the World Cultural Heritage; Explore Hoi An on foot, wandering peaceful and narrow streets with centuries-old architectures combining influences of many exotic trading communities, paying visit to some of highlights in Hoi An such as Museum, old merchants’ house, assembly hall, Japanese covered Bridge… walking along the bank of the lively Thu Bon River, once prosperous and famous commercial port in the region.
Overnight in Hoian.

Day 07 : Hoi An - My Son Holy Land

Discovery trip to My Son, 40km from Hoi An, for admiring great architectural and art works of the Cham people: The Towers. Having a brief understanding of the history, culture… for which My Son was recognized the World Cultural Heritage. Return to Hoi An. Free time for shopping, wandering around or beach relax. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 08 : Hoi An - Hue (B, L)

Transfer overland northwards for about 5 hours to Hue with stops along the way for “bird eyed” view and photogenic scenery. Afternoon, sightseeing of Hue, the ancient capital of Vietnam, includes visit to the Royal Citadel, Purple Forbidden City, Royal theater and temples… Enjoy a leisure boat trip upstream Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda, the biggest Buddhist Center in the region.Overnight in Hue.

Day 09 : Hue - Hanoi (B, L)

Enjoy morning visit to the Mausoleum of King Tu Duc, a replica of the king’s palace but built purposely for the next incarnation. Flight to Hanoi and free for walking around the narrow and lively streets of the Old Quarter. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 10 : Hanoi City tour - Night train to Lao Cai (Sapa) (B, L)

The whole day for visiting Hanoi’s outstanding historical and cultural sites and Museum including: The political center of the country, Ba Dinh square, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Presidential Palace, the house on stilt where president Ho Chi Minh live from 1958 to 1969, Ho Chi Minh Museum, Quan Thanh Temple (Taoism), One Pillar Pagoda (Buddhism) and the Temple of Literature (Confucianism) for understanding the 3 main religions which have strong influences to the culture and spiritual life of the country, Museum of Ethnology for more information of the 54 ethnics living in Vietnam now. The last place of city tour is Hoan Kiem Lake (Restored Sword Lake) with Ngoc Son Temple.

16:00: Return to Hotel
19:00: our car will pick you up at your hotel & transfer to Train Station, take the night train to Lao Cai in 4 soft beds cabin with A/C.

Day 11 : Lao Cai - Sapa (B, L)

Arrive in Lao Cai, transfer to Sapa. A walking tour of Sapa visits the busy market where Red Dao, Black H"mong and other hill tribes converge from the surrounding countryside to sell their embroidery, silverware and handicrafts and to buy provisions. In the afternoon visit some of nearby hill tribe villages, such as Cat Cat or Ta Fin. Overnight in Sapa.

 Day 12 : Sapa - Lao Cai - Night train to Hanoi (B, L)

After breakfast you check out and leave your luggage in the hotel, get ready for the trip. Trek down to Lao Chai village to visit the Tay and Day tribes then keep going along the bottom of the Sapa valley to get to Ta Van village, which is supposed to be the most beautiful one in the area. Have a picnic lunch on the way. You go back to Sapa by motorbike/jeep. Get yourself fresh with a shower in the hotel’s day room before transfer down to Lao Cai Station for the night train LC2 back to Hanoi.

 Day 13 : Hanoi arrival - Halong Boat cruise

Morning arrival in Hanoi. Freshing up & have breakfast at mini hotel.
AM : 8h00-8h30, Pick you up at your hotel and depart to Ha long Bay. A quick and enjoyable 3 hours to Ha long city. Board our junk with soft welcome drink, check-in registration, Have lunch on the boat where you will be satisfied by many kinds of seafood

PM : Cruise through the emerald water between the limestone outcrops and long corridors, En route, you have chances to sightsee many beauty spots of the world natural heritage including Fighting Cock islet, Incense Urn islet, Finger island, Toad islet, dog islet, Dragon, Horse Neck, Buffalo Head islet and many other strange shape islands.

Especially, you will be cruised to explore the mystery of Sung Sot Cave (the cave of Surprise), cruise to Titop beach, swimming (if the weather permitted), walking up to the top of Titop for a spectacular view to the bay, kayaking before having dinner in the romantic sunset.

18.00 Get free time, enjoy fresh seafood dinner and you can take part in cuttlefish contest and enjoy fresh cuttle, join some activities organized on boat like dancing, karaoke… Spend a quiet night on the boat in a cabin suite. You have unforgettable feelings when staying on the upstairs of the boat, seeing the marvel of sea at night, making friends with many people from the neighbor boats…etc

 Day 14 : Halong Bay - Hanoi

AM : If you like enjoying Ha Long Bay's sunrise, please get up early at 6.30. Have some coffee and a tasty breakfast. Cruise towards Bai Tu Long Bay for pristine scenery, stop for breathtaking swimming. Have lunch on boat. Take boat trip back to Halong city 

PM : Road trip back to Hanoi with stop-over in Hai Duong province. Arrive in Hanoi about 16h30. You will check in hotel. Free for dinner & relaxing. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 15 : Departure from Hanoi

Free with your own plan until transfer to the airport for departure.

Seat-in-coach tours: To join with other people on available daily tours. These tours are fixed itinerary and departure time. It is possible to join in even your group of only 1 or 2 people.
